Geoff chairs the Investment Committee of the Fund and is widely recognised as a successful investor in both listed and unlisted equity investments. Geoff worked closely with James Williamson (see below) at Investec Bank (Australia) Limited including on the Investment Committee of the Investec Australian Equity Fund.
James has approximately 20 years experience in financial markets. Between 2008 and 2012, James was Portfolio Manager of the Investec Australian Equity Fund and a member of the fund’s investment committee alongside Geoff Levy. Over this period the fund increased 26.1%, compared with the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation Index (fund’s benchmark), which declined by 7.2%.
Joey founded Monash Private Capital and has been integrally involved in all aspects of the business since its inception. Joey is a director of various Monash related companies, including Alleasing Group, Wentworth Williamson Fund, Our Innovation Fund, OurCrowd Australia and ASX listed MOQ Limited.
Martin joined Wentworth Williamson in 2016 as an equity analyst. Prior to this he worked in Switzerland and London at Stonehage Fleming, the largest global independent family office. Here he reviewed the investments of high net worth clients and also researched global stocks at the equity fund. Martin has had a passion for investing from an early age, coming from a family with a long history of value investing.
Ryan joined Monash Private Capital in 2016. He is responsible for identifying, analysing and executing Private Equity and Real Estate investment opportunities and the ongoing monitoring and management of investments. Prior to joining Monash, Ryan was a member of the Asset Allocation and Currency Investment team within UBS Hong Kong where he developed investment ideas across all liquid asset classes for a 3bn USD portfolio.
